Jvonne Foster | President / CEO
As the president and CEO of Milady Construction, Jvonne Foster brings 15 years of experience as a Union Carpenter to the table. With a specialization in concrete form and general carpentry, Jvonne has spent years in layout and assembly, fireproofing, Z-framing, insulation, winterization and decking, working with Symon Forms, Jahn Systems and Doka Wall Systems. Furthermore, Jvonne provides safety training and First Aid CPR/AED. Over the years, leadership skills have been honed and there is no problem that cannot be solved.
Douglas Amaya | Project Manager
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Doug has accumulated enough skills to ensure the company delivers only the best to their clients. He has worked as a carpenter for multiple businesses, specializing in metal stud framing, interior carpentry, drywall sand trim carpentry. He has also worked in real estate investment and commercial loans, adding to his value on the Milady Construction team. A project manager in essence, Doug holds a BS in Construction Management and Industrial Engineering Technology.
Phillip Nzegbuna | Estimator | Senior Project Manager
Phillip is a civil engineer with a BS from Romania University of Bucharest, and a Masters of Engineering from the University of Nigeria. With over 25 years of hands-on construction site management experience, he has the ability to lead a team to great success. Phillip comes to the table with multi-million dollar projects enriching his resume and successful project close-outs. Whether it is reviewing proposals or determining funding limitations, Phillip continuously exceeds customer expectations.
